The Group also has a lot of experience in hospitality through our associated company Nedosu Pty Ltd. Nedosu established the first Hong Kong style Chinese restaurant in Sydney in 1982 with Marigold Restaurant at 299 Sussex Street which traded for 23 years until we redeveloped the building in 2005. It also operated Regal Restaurant which was famous for its lavish banquets for 22 years until the building was closed for refurbishment in 2010. Marigold Restaurant at the Citymark Building has been trading for 21 years and is still going very strong, famous for its yum cha and high quality a la carte and banquets. The Sydney Consulate of the People’s Republic of China and the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office frequently host functions at the restaurant.
