Property Management

Posei Pty Limited has been leasing and managing its wholly owned commercial properties since 1987. Its portfolio consisted of three buildings which were developed or refubished by our own development team and all are perfectly positioned in the growing CBD South and Chinatown precinct.

Citymark Building

High profile property in Haymarket with three street frontages facing George, Hay and Thomas Streets, Citymark Building is a quality mixed use building offering shopping, dining and commercial facilities. With two levels of retail premises comprising 23 shops, two levels of commercial/professional offices and the top two levels home to the famous Marigold Restaurant, Citymark Building at the centre of Chinatown is a hub for businesses catering to both local and tourist markets. With buses and the light rail at the doorstep, Citymark is very accessible. The Central train station and Darling Harbour are all within close walking distance.

Commerce Building

One of Sydney’s earliest concrete buildings, built in 1911 and listed in City of Sydney’s heritage register, Commerce Buildings were refurbished in 2011. With three frontages facing Sussex, Liverpool and Harbour Streets, the building sits at the gateway to Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Its location is ideal for eateries, hosting Home Café, Kofoo Korean Food and Yummy 8 and the soon to open Tasty Simmer Pot from China. Taking advantage of the convenient location of Commerce Buildings, many businesses are attracted by the high ceilings, large windows and timber floors of the office levels and make this building their home.

299 Sussex

IA 9 storey building of high grade commercial offices with restaurants on the street level, the architecture of 299 Sussex Street distinguishes it from the ordinary. The orange fins, curvy concrete wrap wall, high ceilings and large windows make 299 Sussex Street an inspiring office to work in. Located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Town Hall station and George Street, and at the gateway to Darling Quarter and Sydney Exhibition Centre, 299 Sussex Street is easily accessible.
